Wait it doesn't charge up or something? I'm completely oblivious, people come do our lawn on those high speed tractors without steering wheels

garbage, complete garbage... those push spinning blade mowers are slightly better... sales guy at sears sold my grandmother on it over a gas powered mower... heavy, needs to be recharged, and not great with tall or thick grass. Gas powered mowers are the way to go...

Only get an electric if:
1) you have a small yard 2) you mow your lawn at least once a week (if you let it get too tall between cuts, most electric mowers dont have near the power that gas ones do, and thus its a PITA) |

I think you got answers you're looking for. Corded ones suck, and overall they are less powerful from a cutting standpoint than gas ones. They are acceptable for small yards such as your own, as long as you don't let your grass grow out of control

#2 is only true if you get a powerful gas model. the weak one would just shutdown and you have to pull the cable to restart it like 20 times. Hate it.
