Angry Dirty Wells Fargo

Well I went to Wells Fargo and deposit $50 into the ATM machine than as I check in my wallet, I still have $30 left so than I deposit that amount, after a while the machine started making funny noise and said that unknown ammount was deposit. The machine give me the reciept back and than the machine said it was out of order. So... I went to the other ATM machine at the same bank and look at my balance and it only shows the $30 I deposit earlier. So I call the Wells Fargo hotline and they told me they will do some kind of investigation and they are not 100% guarenttee they will give me my money back. They said that it was the ATM fault and they cannot do anything about it. Now this is just BS. Is this the way banks are making money these day???? If any of you have ever experience the same thing, please let me know since this I am really pissing me off right now. Good thing it was only $50 otherwise I will seriously F$UK up the machine

When I got my first check card and first time used ATM to deposite money,

I was just put cash into the slot instead using the envelope

I called Bank of Ame. hotline and they solved everything for me. haha

You will be fine.

When they go to balance the ATM vault, your extra $50 will show up, and they'll have your complaint. It may take a few days, but you should get it back.

Please excuse my ignorance, but why are you depositing cash in an ATM ? In our ATMs we are admonished NOT to put cash in the envelopes.

They way the ATM's work here is if you put cash in an envelope, an employee must balance it after closing so the money doesn't show up until the next business day. If you use an ATM that reads the denomination and qty then the credit to your account is instant.
