OK, I have to share this story.

I pulled into a gas station to fill up and you know when you drive into the station and all the pumps are not open on the side where your gas tank is? Well usually you have to back in so I pulled forward and reversed the car to line up the gas tank with the pump. On the other side of the same pump, an old man in a Mercury Grand Marquis turned on his ignition, rolled down his window started to holler like mad. I really wasn't paying attention to him until I caught him in the corner of my eye pointing at me. I looked up at him just in time to hear him yell "You BMW motherf---er!"

He was irate at me, and I had no idea why. Now I believe in karma and I respect the elderly. I kept filling up my car until he said, "You hearing me, boy?" I looked up and said, "What's your problem? What made you so angry in life that you yell at people at a gas station?" This sent him to DEFCON 1. He was screaming something I couldn't really understand because his super poly grip was starting to lose its effectiveness but I did hear the words "you f---ing prick," followed by him spitting in my direction.

At this point, I started to walk around to his car. The Grand Marquis is not a particularly fast car, but with this old man behind the wheel, it might as well have been a 458 Italia. He peeled out of there and exited the station like he needed to catch the early bird special at Bob Evans. The problem was he pulled out in front of a minivan, and forced the van to swerve into another lane. A cop traveling the opposite direction saw this and decided to pay the old man a visit. I watched all this happen and how his day got a little bit worse. I finished filling up and then simply drove by the stopped motorist and gave a little smile as I passed. Damn shame. I hope his day does get better.
