Not unexpected. VW had a similar problem a few years ago with navigation systems.
The Turkish mafia has been pretty active in the German metalworkers union so it was just a matter of time before problems at BMW came to light. MB had this problem years ago too. |

razor blades are known to be a good haul in the trucking business. The $4 mil. is nothing, BMW only passes the shrinkage on to the consumer in the form of higher list prices, and denied warranty claims. What is worse is what they did to cars' quality when they falsely halted the assembly line.
