commerce attorneys?

anyone here a commerce attorney or can point in the right direction in the southern california area that i can meet with? la/oc.

i'm sure any california attorney will do but it may help to be face to face vs just via phone/email/fax

Most commercial attorneys have some specialization in one or more areas: real estate, tax, corporate structuring, construction, etc.

You should specify, at least generally, what area you want assistance in.
