Back Pain
Ever since I got home my back started to slowly hurt, yesterday afternoon it got to the point I couldnt bend over. Now I can barely walk without it hurting, can barely sit without a sharp pain shooting up my back. Source is lower back towards the right side, right above my ass. It feels like something is dislocated but I know it isnt, pretty sure its a muscle getting pinched or something of that nature.
Any tips to help, last time it did this my dad just popped my back, put his hand on the left shoulder and right hip and pushed apart, and again on the other side. Seemed to work the next day. Issue is im back home fuuuuu

Sounds like you have an disc problem that is hitting your cyatic nerve. That is what is causing the pain most likely. Either you strained a muscle putting you in a bad position or you have a herniated disc. Not much you can do except for take pain killers and take it easy for a while. If it doesn't go away get an MRI.

Pretty sure its because of the 7 and a half hour drive the other day, last time it happened because I slept on a real stiff bed for 2 days. Is it something a chiropractor can fix or is it something ill just have to wait out? It only lasted a day after my dad did what he did and got another mattress. Its been 2 days and no sign of relief at all, took some anti-inflamatory meds and helped some. Im to young for this shit

Me and my wife just purchased a firm Temper pedic mattress, and it helps tremendously with my lower back. In your case try stretching every morning by sitting on the floor and grabbing your ankles.

Those mattresses are very expensive.. And definitely a matter of preference. My sister had one and I found it extremely uncomfortable. She loved it.

sounds like you should have used the 5" dildo not the 9" BBD.

This isnt something serious enough to go to a doctor, I try my hardest to not go see a doctor if possible. If it persists for a long period I will, but until then I just wanted tips on things to help it, because I assumed there was nothing I could do but wait it out and take Tylenol.

could be a kidney stone passing through the ureter if it was a REALLY sharp acute pain, but doesn't sound like that from what you described
you would be a fool not to go to a doctor |

herniated/bulging disc. Go see a good chiropracter. He'll take an xray and show you the slight dislocation. Meanwhile, take some vicodin and muscle relaxer. Your muscles are in spasm trying to protect the pinching nerve. Typical episode for me lasts 3-4 days. Once I figured out the signs, I go see my chiro before it hits and I'm good to go. Good luck

Agree. Sounds like low back spasm which can be severe enough to put you in the fetal position real quick. Sciatic pain usually but not always will radiate down the buttock and into the leg of the affected side. Until you get to the chiropractor, try heating pad with NSAIDS, hot tub, or whatever you've got to help it relax. If you have a friend with muscle relaxers, even better!
