how to view "content not available in your area"?

im trying to watch a video from the german MTV website but can't since its "not available in your country"

i found some ways on google on how to bypass this but it so far only showed how to do it if the video is on youtube. anyone know any ways to get by this? or anyone from germany want to be kind enough to rip the video for me?

1. find torrent (probably the fastest, depending on number of torrent seeds)

2. use a specific tor exit node (probably slow)

5. find rip of video on other site that offers such content
