Unhappy 2007 G35 sedan

I was at a stop light by my self when a 2007 G35 Sedan pulled up right next to me. I only have 205 miles on my car and I cant go above 4500 RPM. So I paddled down to M1 so I could control the shifts. It wasnt a fair race because I couldnt let loose. But since the was a car parked on the street in front only one car could get through. So he thought he won because he was a quarter car lenght in front but because he was in the parked car lane he had to brake to go behind me . I am pissed because how often does a match up like that come up on a sunday night at 8? 335i Would own a new G35 Sedan. Reguardless.

yeah u should have opened that inline up. An IS would have been a better match, but will have still got beaten.

new G35 sedan is good car overall. An IS and G is direct contender to 335i. you will lose to them if you mess up with your launge or shifting.

hmmm, if i were you, i would either do it or not...

DO IT: floor your car and it wont hurt your engine if it was once in your break-in period.

Don't DO IT: dont even race him, i know it's not everyday that you find a nice race like this, but better not race than to race and loose, knowing you can win...

This happened to me a couple times and even after break in I don't race so I would punch it at the light for like a second and then let off and watch them drive like an idiot while I cruised behind them.
