I was driving in miami almost 10 years ago when on vacation ( my only time in miami) this kind of stuff was typical...maybe not 30's but i def saw 24's, 26's and i think even 28's...some even on stilts

I was in the Bay Area (Nor Cal), and I witnessed quite a scene.

There were three sunburn resistant gentlemen, in a '90's Camaro, it had to be on 26"+ wheels. The suspension was naturally ruined and rigid. These three clowns were trying to pull into a spray wash. The problem is that they had an open diff, and the stupid piece of sh*t could not get in the drive way because one of the rear wheel came off the ground.

I was cracking up, I circled the block so I could get a picture but two of them got out and pushed the car into the parking lot by then...it would have been priceless.
