I ran into this beatboxer on the bball courts. What a beast!

Beatboxing is the same as learning any musical instrument. Guitar, turntables, drums, etc... He told me he practices everyday for hours. And it's evident... That's why he's that good. I don't see why you wouldn't appreciate it. Don't say anything if you don't have anything good to say.
