New Shades ordered... and New Shoes for running

And new Shoes for running.... Vibram Bikalas. Just breaking in, 2 days of wear in and they are friggin comfortable. I love the way they feel and the way they make me walk. One day of walking around in these and you can tell how much modern sneakers work against your natural movement... Its unbelievably different running in these than with shoes. Just like as advertised, closer to bare feet, and natural human movement than anything else. My legs definitely feel the effect of the no shoe support, and its a good thing.

You should wear those while in uniform. I was thinking about getting those toe shoes, but I don't know how I feel about running in them... would you feel a marble sized rock while running at a fast speed?

Ill probably try to wea them in Uniform, I wear my Oakley Minuit 2.0s now witht he iridium lenses that are kinda mirrored and my bosses dont seem to mind. We got people wearing the Hijinx, or is it that Antix with the same kind of lense... without issue. as long as they are dark with a solid color emblem, its not an issue. I wouldn't go wearing orange or Blue lenses and icons though...

You feel the pebbles and rocks, but witht eh sole on these (made more for trail, so they are tougher) you will not be bothered. I love the way they let you feel the ground while protecting your feet at the same time. Its akin to having the feel of light sandals, but wayyyy more comfortable and capable, and you can run in these lol.

For shades in Uniform wear I ordered off of USStandardissue.com... $150 Gascans for $75. Everything Oakley sells as tactical gear us Federal workers get half off... to include thier $6000 watches!

And the ones I hate, Oakley Minuit 2.0s... I wear them when my wife takes my Whiskers (or at work so as not to damage the Whiskers). I cant stand the shape of the lenses, and how much light they let in, and the damn angle of them, they are retarded.

I only wear Polarized Lenses anymore... its just too much the better. Especially for driving.

Get them. I've had mine for 10 or so years. Just sent them in to get refurbished(the rubber joints were getting way too loose) and bought new lenses finally about a year ago. got polarized to replace the non polarized lenses, won't ever buy another pair of sunglasses that aren't polarized.
