Red face Need weekend getaway ideas

EDIT: We've decided to stay in Atlantic City. Free beach + gambling FTW.

I've never stayed overnight in AC, though. What are some decent places that do not cost a fortune?

I've been to AC more times than I can count. I know the area around the Casinos is garbage.

She doesn't drink & I just play rapid roulette. Maybe OC, MD would be better...

So far I've come up with these boring ideas:

-Down the Jersey shore (Probably be more than I'm willing to spend due to renting a house if I could even get 1)
-Ocean City, MD (What to do outside of the beach?)
-Baltimore Harbor & Aquarium (What else is there to do in the area though?)

if you live in the Tri-State area.. this is a much better option that you once thought. Flights are short and relatively cheap. There are lots of affordable accommodation options. Unlike the Bahamas/Caribbean, Bermuda is actually nicer in the Summer than in the Winter. (Imho)

Just keep an eye out for hurricanes. They have a tendency to track very close to Bermuda almost every season.

Bermuda is something that I would do for longer than 2 days.

adirondacks. the sagamore (resort by lake george) is probably one of the nicest, cleanest and most serene hotels/resorts i've ever been to. good for sexy time with the gf

I don't know if you're S/o would be into this, but I had a great time in Pittsburgh, it's a beautiful city, the Pirates ballpark is one of the niceist in the mlb and there's a lot to do. Just an idea.

Garage List
Me and a few of my boys roll up to OC maybe 3-4 times every summer for mini 2-3 day vacations. It's alright for only being 2 hours away. The beach and board walk are pretty nice. They've got a parasailing jetski's and all that also. For nightife there I would say Seacrets is the spot to hit up. Also if you happen the ditch the the gf for a few hours there's a wine bar/liquor store place there near the main road that's known for having tons of milfs.

Grab a taxi at the airport to your hotel, rent some scooters and enjoy.

We've decided to stay in Atlantic City. Free beach + gambling FTW.

I've never stayed overnight in AC, though. What are some decent places that do not cost a fortune?

Tropicana is the best accommodations for the price, but it's pretty shitty...

I would stay at the Borgota.

AC is a dump btw; enjoy.

You really should consider OC, MD.

what are you into...

if you want a cool scene check out chelsea 5th floor. no gambling though...you can walk out the door and find a table down the street. kinda pricey..

harrahs has the pool. indoor giant pool nobody swims in just fist pumps all night. jersey shore type crowd. but place is ginormous so you can find all types of action. dj, dancing, 20 for cover and like 8 or 10 for drinks..

ballys beach bar by day is niceee or head down to margate (ventura's greenhouse beach is kinda cool during the day) but margate is a 5 mile drive south of AC

borgata is higher end type of spot...best scene...Bbar is kinda cool, no cover, you can gamble at bar...last time i went a lady next to me won 10k! no joke...borgata also has the mix and mur mur if you want to yell in the dark to people with accents

tropicana has the quarter...set up like a courtyard with bars and restaurants all along...a 2 sec walk from the tables...cuba libre is cool. spanish style. no cover, good drinks...downstairs is a dive bar called the fountain that is great after 3am

AC is a shithole ha...dont venture a block west of the casinos unless you are a cop...if you want good food off the beaten path check out Angelos on fairmount ave...

hope this helps...

Seriously though, you take your life into your hands if you go a block in the wrong direction.

I love AC... but it is a complete shit hole. Borgata/Waterclub or Harrahs .. Only 2 places I would stay.. 9/10 I will cancel trip if I can't stay at Borgata or Waterclub though.. Harrahs is an absolute last resort.

Should have dipped out to Bermuda.

def only stay at borgata or harrahs. other places are old as fuck.
btw OC is pretty badass. You can rent scooters and fly down the street doing 60 (if you manage to go that far down without hitting a redlight) and the beaches are a heck a lot cleaner than jersey
