best application to sync 100gb folder from pc to NAS

Best damn sync tool ever. I set my NAS to keep 3 copies of old crap in a nested folder. Works across my mac, PC laptop, PC desktop and NAS.

i have used syncback but never 100GB and i cant remember any speeds i was getting

- Syncing 100GiB is probably stupid.

- Scheduled incremental backups/snapshots are probably smarter.

- The speed issue is probably a physical layer issue, not application layer. Use GbE.
