BMW has released a new set of videos which uses humor to promote its extended vehicle protection plans.

The message of the videos: Keep your BMW as nature intended, with original BMW parts and service - via BMW's extended vehicle protection warranty.

The Extended Vehicle Protection Plan is an assurance that the brand stands behind all service contracts and not only guarantees 100 percent original BMW replacement parts, but offers additional security and benefits including:

-- Covered repairs performed at an authorized BMW repair facility
-- Use of only original BMW parts (vehicle safety and advanced components not compromised by inferior parts)
-- 24-hour BMW Roadside Assistance, in the unlikely event of a breakdown
-- Protection of vehicle resale value
-- A worry-free ownership experience

Still isn't a free ticket for modders to damage their vehicles and then remove the mods, expecting BMW to support their fraudulent actions.

Hopefully BMW is building some type of detection into the systems.

I really would like to say some rude things at this point, but I will observe the rules of the forum and simply state that hopefully you never work at BMW.
