Hey,

I'm not a recruiter. Im an IT consultant that works there. Just trying to spread the word and get some folks hired.

I work for Capgemini so I can relate... there are nice incentives for us and other consultants to spread the word and get people hired with our respective firms. Think $$$.

Definitely a good incentive for me to get people hired through referrals. It also helps my company grow and do more business.

I was just curious. I mean if he works there and he gets a bonus for getting other people hired than cool. If he's a recruiter and trying to make his living off posting shit here than that'd be a dirtbag move.

But a few extra bucks in somebodies pocket is always cool. Good luck OP.
