Goodbye to my beloved 335i... Hello Nissan!! :)

Sad day today, i finally sold my 335i. I will admit it was a fun car and i will miss it, probably the Coral Red interior and the 6MT the most. I only had it for about 5 months but it was a great 5 months, driving it everyday was such a joy, especially when it wasn't stock.

Here are a few of the last pictures i took for memories.

EDIT:

Just got home, what a long driveeee

few pics, more will be up tomorrow its dark out

i love it btw

EDIT: added more pics

i love brembos

this gives me the butterflies. no it really does

Thank god it says GTR, that is the only Nissan that would be in the right direction!

Good luck on the new car - it is definitely an upgrade!

Just curious, why a GTR and not an M3? And while I'm second guessing your decision, lol, if you're going to spend that much money for a car why not just ante up and drop another 20k for a Ferrari California?

Because im 19 and a Ferrari is just out of the question
And i am buying a 2010 with a few thousand miles, not brand new.

After coming from a modified 335i, i feel like the M3 won't really be much of an upgrade due to the lack of torque.. Interior and stuff looks the same, just looking for something completely different. AWD & DCT sounds like fun It was either the GTR or the new 2012 C63 AMG coming out, i would test drive it, but i know i would end up with the GTR anyway?
Wouldn't most of us?

Ok, then my next question is what do you do at 19 to afford that kind of ride? Or did they just start offering incentive bonuses for graduating high school?

a 19 year old cannot afford a gtr or a 335i.... why would u even ask that question when u already know the answer. unless his parents died and he inherited the money, they are guna be paying for it and if they can afford it why the hell not.

2 thoughts. Fuck you. Fuck your daddy.

I just had to get that out of my system.

You could get haggle a little more and with that change pay my rent for the year...

sigh.. flamers..

ill make it quick and simple, living at home, going to school, graduating in 3-4 years?
no bills what so ever besides my cell phone.. yes i actually pay for that
monthly income? 1800-2500ish ( up to 3000 or more if its the holidays) a month. Yeah its not much i know, but if your living at home with absolutely no bills, you can afford a GTR easily.

Call me spoiled or whatever i don't care, i know im paying for this so thats all that matters, and yeah i still live with daddy and quite frankly... i dont care haha..

but yeah if you guys need anything iPhone/PS3/XBOX360/Wii/DS/PSP related ( Mods & repairs ) shoot me a PM. This is what i have been doing since i turned 17. Its really not that hard. Craigslist helps a lot too, i guess you can say i have a small business from craigslist, and sell a lot on eBay and iOffer, never have to leave my house either, love it, i've never
had a "real" job.

oh and i didn't even graduate high school, i took a test for my GED and left school a year or so early, then just chilled at home making some money, so no bonuses for graduating haha, because i didn't

and yes i will POST PICS as soon as i get it!

You don't have to justify anything to any stranger on the net. No matter what you do someone always has something to say. Usually because they don't have the balls or brains to do it themselves. Enjoy your car. Once you are 40 and married you won't be able to spoil yourself so why not.

ill make this short yet again...

im making money..

and my dad has fucking great credit, yeah i know without him i wouldn't be able to buy this car, simply because i don't have one bit of credit..

anything else?

thats really all you need to know, im using his credit, and he trusts me with the payments because he knows i do make money, and he'd rather have me put it into a car then spend my money on other shit that 19 year olds usually spend their money on.. beer, bud, clothes, shoes you know what i mean

im only putting 15k down on the gtr if that helps..

I love these stories, and then the fallout. I've always wondered, I think of people like we have in our LA office where a guy's official job title is janitor. But over the last 8 years (I'm new so they told me the story) he got licensed in electrical and has taught himself to be able to do telecom wiring. Then, he presented a spreadsheet showing how the work he did on a project cost $4k, his labor rate is $18/hr., when a co. we paid charged us $19k for the same work at another building. It makes me wonder, who has it better? the teenager who has everything handed to him, or the guy who comes to the states with nothing, but keeps trying to better himself. From janitor to licensed electrician is not really a joke. And he's not paid what he's worth yet, but keeps trying.

I'll always remember the same thing happened on the Nissan forum that I was on for a long time. One kid went from a Nissan to a Supra Turbo to beyond. If any of you came from the forum you know who I mean. I emailed the guy a year ago and he's a success story.

Again, I totally agree, nobody has to justify themselves to anyone, this is a forum. Hey, I knew super rich kids in college, they were there. Never wanted to be like them, but I didn't mind when they asked me to keep their cars at my house for the summer.

your buddy is brave advertising modding on the internet,

haha thats some federal shit..

i got busted selling xbox 360 backups 2 days after i turned 18 years old
it was a felony, but dropped down to a misdemeanor, so i stopped modding lol

give me any console and i can do a custom exterior mod or repair it
even the new 360 slim ( some of them )
