need a suggestion.

i hope sameone can give a right answer. one of my car audi a4 1999 with approximately 125,000 km. it is a great car but there's a problem since last year; Clunking from the rear when the car is driven on rough roads (sounds like the noise is coming from the tops of the struts). i was wondering if there any problem to my car?

you might get a better answer from an audi forum but if i had to guess id say your rear shocks are bad.
