Eating pudding or yogurt

Ok, for those of you who eat yogurt or pudding with the peel off metalic tops.

When you peel off the top, do you:

A) Lick the top
B) Scrape the top against the rim so that it all gets back into the rest
C) Toss in the garbage

After that, do you:

A) Start eating
B) Stir it up a bit

I always do B and B. Felt that you have to mix it up a bit because its just not the right consistancy if you dont. Anyone else get sort of grossed out by that?

Definitely lick the top, can't let any go to waste.

Then I stir and begin to eat. I usually scrape the bottom and sides until I can't get any more. I've even been known to lick the cup clean.
