Republic Wireless $19 unlimited plan

So I read the whole article and company website, my question is, if I'm not at home and I'm not part of any paid subscription wi-fi network (like the Starbucks/T-Mobile network), how do I access the internet?

nevermind, I figured it out, it comes down to this, maximum amount of service is:

550 minutes
150 sms
300 mb data
on Republic's network, everything else is leveraged via Wifi networks and therefore almost umlimited.

Even the 550/150/300 is not bad for that price, no one else offers it at that rate.

It looks to me like they still use 3g on top of the wifi if it is not available? I'm assuming that is how.

Edit: didn't refresh my page before you reposted. Thanks for clearing it up. And no, for 19 dollars a month, its not bad at all.
