euro plates

so my friend and i were driving in his volvo and he has euro plates on it...(im not a fan of them but whatever) and a cop pulled him over and i swear it was the funniest thing the cop said "do you know why i pulled you over" and my friend was like "uhh speeding?" the cop looked at the plate and was like "no i just wanted to know where did you get those sick fuckin plates from?" i starting to die laughin...i guess some cops are pretty kool well at least in nj

HAHA...i drive by cops all the time in SC with my euro plates...I think they are used to it around here with all the military bases...

i'm from jersey and don't see a lot of euro plates..i'm scared to order a pair because i might get a ticket. When i have the ORiginal bmw licence plate frame (the one that says BMW on the bottom, i got pulled over because it was covering the "Garden State" and i went to court and had to pay....

I think euro plates looks SICK... but i don't want to piss off cops.

If you have an active registration to go with the tag there's usually nothing they can do. Especially if you are military

In addition...My plate says USA on it in the blue region where the country letter(s) go.

i HATE my front plate. Can't stand the fucking thing. I got the car used, so it was already attached. Tried taking it off, but there are 7(!!!) gigantic holes in some random-ass pattern. I have no idea what the fuck they were trying to achieve there.

Anyway, I was thinking of just ordering plain black with white lettering euro plate, and have it custom made with my real license plate numbers. I know i can still get a ticket for that, but what the hell? The car would look so much better

Yes, you can get them in many colors from many countries all available with custom lettering.

Was thinking about doing a NL plate with ST-ON-ED but that just seemed too obvious.

My reason for running it: Dealer added two holes to mount the plate mount then screwed the plate screws through to the paint! So instead of 2 holes to plug I would have 4, so euro plate I went.

The good thing, unlike my cali plate the euro doesn't block the FMIC

on my e92 holes were symmetrical, so i just got bumper plugs and it looked great.
what i have on my x3 can not be plugged with anything, so i have to cover it up with something. i know bimmian bavarianautoparts make custom plates in any configuration/color/type
