Common occurance here in LV

So at least two or three times a month I will stop at a gas station and somebody will approach me or will be standing by the door, and will ask for money. I always say no, but it bugs me. I even had one kid tell me he needed money cause he was out of gas. I told him "wow you ran out of gas at a gas station, how convienient". Does this happen everywhere.

i think peddlers in Houston make @ $40-50K a year just standing on the corner begging for money - tax free.

and THEN, they get @ $10k a year for unemployment.

and THEN, they get tax returns of @ $3000 for being poor fucktards.

i notice this happens a lot too, especially in certain parts of vegas.
once saw a family with two little school aged children sitting in a parking lot next to their car with a sign asking for money during the middle of the day. Father, mother, two kids just sitting with the trunk open, holding a sign and watching people drive by.

I had another incident three years ago where I was filling gas and this hot little asian high school aged girl approached me and asked for 5 dollars for her BF's car. I told her no and she offered to show me her pussy if I did. WTF... (I like asians as much as the next guy but this was too crazy)

This happens in fayetteville all the time. I have offered to put 5 bucks in someones car when they ask for gas money for their car thats up the street and the get angry and refuse. Same with money for food. I have offered to go grab them a burger and bring it back they get all pissy. Just say you want the money for drugs/alcohol
