Affiliate marketing is most likely the best way to make money online. I work at a digital marketing agency so we do Google SEO and Pay Per Click with other people's money and are quite successful, but don't be fooled, it's a lot of time and money in the beginning. Also, a little luck is needed.

I use to make about $100/mo doing it residual. But I was doing it as a personal "internship" to boost my resume, not my sole purpose of income. Had a full time job for that.

You know the times when you try to find the answer to something on the internet, and it's impossible to find, then you find/figure out the answer yourself?

Chances are 100+ people per day are asking the same question.

Blog about that, or that entire topic, and Google will soon send that traffic your way and you can become an "authority" on the subject.

A simple and easy-to-understand wordpress site will work for that, just be sure to run it on a domain you own yourself, rather than yoursite.wordpress.com

Let people post comments. When lots of comments start showing up about the same topic, write more about that.

Answer slightly different questions that you safely assume that other people are searching for.

Find big $$$ industries, and try to get 0.1% of that market, because that can be a lot of money if it's a big enough market, and Joe Schmoe should be good enough to get that.

op, you have a lot to learn, you're better of focusing on med school stuff. Most online marketing quick-get-rich-schemes are short lived, theres plenty of information out there to learn tho, but you need to put in tremendous effort, this is like asking someone how to build a house, not really but you get the message.

I have a youtube account and post videos on my channel. My account is monetized so there are ads. I have a decent CTR ( Click Through Rate) and get paid for viewers clicking or watching the ads. I've learned ways to optimized view count by using google analytics. Pretty interesting and i am looking into a job in SEO or SEM. I make some decent money each month but not enough quit my current job. The video content needs to interesting if you want a good amount of views, unless you have viral hit video lol
