Teen Driver dead; Wreckless driving
Another reason why kids should not have these cars. Apparently it was the last day of high school. :

The cabin of that 350Z looked intact. I wonder, had the driver been wearing his safety belt, would he have survived?

I know his chances would be high. The 350 is a safe car. How can anyone not wear their seatbelt while driving that car at high speeds? I just don't get it. I hope the passenger makes a good recovery .

From the photographs the car looks fairly intact but it probably hit the brick wall sideways with the driver side taking most of the impact. The side airbag didn't deploy, if 350z has side airbags, and that's the likely reason why the driver died.

It doesn't look as if he died. That's too bad. I guess it is not 5 start after all.
