By "upgrading" do you mean bigger? Or do you actually mean something that drives better?
Because despite the quattro, the A6 will not drive nicely as your current ride... |

audi's arent that reliable in the long run, unless you want to spend a lot of money repairing it, i dont see as many old audi's on the road compared to the BMW or Mercedes equalivalent

Get rid of the 328 so you can stop asking everyone for HIDS

Meh... I'm not sure I would do it, and I'm one of the biggest audi fans on the board. They are a whole lot more reliable than they used to be. They still havent shaken that bad rep in a lot of people's minds. I like the new A6. It's really comfortable and the motor is velvety smooth.
I don't know if you have a sedan or a coupe though. If you have a sedan, it just depends on how much you enjoy DRIVING. If driving dynamics aren't that important to you, then I say go for it. If driving dynamics are important, I'd say keep whatcha got. If you have a coupe, I definitely wouldn't do it. You'd lose the sporty feel altogether, and obviously you got it in the first place for a reason. Compared to the alternatives (like the guy who named lexus, that really is an excellent comparison), I'm sure you could make excellent use of that quattro in PA. So if you guys get weather like I imagine you get weather, then do it. Tough decision either way though.
