Not advocating any political opinions one way or the other, but this is hilarious!

I get the parody, and without question it is funny/clever. And I certainly don't care to lessen the video's impact by relegating this to a political discussion...

But I just can't help but question why the general public seems to think I should think less of the man for being a success. Don't we all aspire to be better?

Thoughts?

Pretty mature, isn't it?

They are trying to create a divide and negative distinction based on how much money the guy has and the other side is urging the country to distance themselves from a certain set of policies & an ideology that have clearly not worked.

In b4 moved to politics section

But honestly, don't you think those who are more fortunate to have been successful in life to help (be taxed more) those who are down on their luck so they too can be successful?

Since Mitt hardly pays any taxes, doesn't that make him part of the 47% he is criticizing for not paying taxes...

That video is totally funny and you have love america where people are allow to make something like that and the Politician can not do anything about. It is like the whole Samtorium Google Problem. If Politician are going to be idiot the Internet will surely make them look their worse.

Yes... yes you are mistaken. This is what makes our country great. Rich people paying more so poor people can be rich people.

They already do. The top 5% of earners pay 59% of the federal governments income tax receipts. The top 10% pay 71% of taxes. That is a massively progressive tax system.

Its already worked, duh. Look at the last 50 some odd years of the progressive tax system.. its gold. Although i personally it should be more lik 81% not 71% of the taxes... just my .02
