Anyone here have gone to las vegas lately? I'm planning a family trip from the 27/december to the 1/jan..
Anyone knows any shows or things to do that i shouldn't miss? I'm gonna spend new year's evening there, any suggestions? Thanks.

did new years' in vegas twice so far...

2005 MGM Grand Studio 54 New Years' was really great...lots of drinks, food, and beautiful people (myself excluded)...also was a package deal...had a blast.

2004 Went to many, many bars all over the city...stayed at Mandalay that time out...had a good time, but as more 'family' than a guys weekend...

Vegas is the best...i'll be there in Oct, then again in Nov....

I put together a good bar/club review in DC Metro somewhere...may want to

for it....

Otherwise....GOOD LUCK....

my best advice is to go to citysearch.com and type in las vegas bars clubs attractions etc....

for family stuff. i would make sure you takethem to see all the shows (esp the free ones) bellagio water show, TI pirate show, lions @MGM grand all those little cool things
also vegas.com is a good resource

ill be going back in oct too!!!!
went 2x in july had to take a break to get my series 6 liscence and now i'm goin back!
vegas here i come!

For New Year's week/weekend book early and I hope you have some serious high roller hook-up. Otherwise prepare to sell the e90 to pay for the weekend....

The words Las Vegas and family do not sound right together

. Dont get me wrong, I am sure Vegas is as good a place to live and raise a family. What I am talking about is for those who bring their family to the vegas strip

well.. youre experience will. be unique in deed if you take your family to vegas on new years...lol....you will be the only one in your hotel room with your kids b/c its too crowded outside to take them...lol....thats unique?

spend $250 on a baby sitter for that weekend

The wife and I were in Vegas last week, stayed at the Bellagio, saw the show "O". It was unreal!

saw "O" last time out...loved it..."Ka" is good too...love the Cirque shows....they never disappoint for live graphic art, cool stages, and good music...worth the cash...!!!

I agree with almost everything you said...Delmonico is my fav restaurant!!!

Agree THE Hotel @ Mandalay is my fav place to stay...

But I do think the Palms has the most eye-candy...

I liked KA better than Mystere....

Mystere is the org.... that show has some amazing acts in it ... like those two guys that do acrobats off each other ...that is insane.

Oh dont go see Zumanity if your any bit homophobic as it has some gay stuff in it literally.

Love is really good if you like the Beatles as its set completely to their music

I did like Mystere....but the dynamic stage at KA was technologically cool...

Never saw Zumanity...not interested...and we're seeing LOVE in Nov...looking forward to it....

Thoguh "O" was by far my fav to date.
