Jaguar F-Type S spotting

Met up with a friend for a quick lunch at the Beverly Hills hotel off Sunset and after lunch we saw the new V8 F-Type S! First time seeing it in person - beautiful machine!!

My friend is actually a fellow BMW enthusiast - he has an 08 335xi Dinan Stage2 and a '12 M3 sedan. I don't think he is a forum member though.

But, here are the pics! Sorry for the quality, the car was in the shade.

Looks ridiculous. I'd love to have one... Maybe sometime in the future... the far future lol. Wish it came in a coupe though.

I absolutely love the car myself.

Maybe a V6 F-type R? ... Although if I'm spending that much, I may rather go Boxster S loaded up

Can't go wrong with the V8. From what I've heard on YouTube that thing screams plus it's a beauty. Thanks for sharing.....

No problem. And I wish I had got it pulling in or leaving. Would have loved to have heard the exhaust!

My uncle picked up a V8S last week. Stock exhaust is LOUD. BMW could learn something from them.

Heard clips and they are almost too loud.

I met one at the local grocery store last week. It is a lot less impressive in person that in pictures. I was more meh that woo.

I cannot really tell what's wrong with it. It is pretty, in general, but it looks too much like a Miata from the front, the inside looks like a GM interior covered in (good quality but boring) leather, with the very long plunging passenger dash. It is very flat, yet it looks very big. Something does not click.

To each his own I guess? I actually liked it better in person.

Although I will agree about the interior. Nothing exiting inside the vehicle, at least with the one I saw. Could be like Porsche where there are like 4 levels of interior to choose from
