My BIMMER still in service since Nov,5

2011 BMW 750 LI xDrive 24000 miles , still in service since Nov,5 , and they can't fix the issue.

Issues appeared on cluster :

1. 4x4 chassis stabilization
2.4x4 ABS brake system

After 5-7 days in service they said there is a problem with the Transfer case.
It took them 3 and half weeks to receive the transfer case so it is arrived and they installed it only, I was really exited to get my car back but they said it didn't work so they have to replace some module. So called to BMW service December 10, lady said : waiting for some parts !!! Then I called to BMW Corp. they said we can't do anything so you have to wait.
Yesterday December,14 I came in to pickup my car , as soon as I arrived at the service department, my service manager said that error occurred again. that means they replaced a lot of parts in my car but didn't find the source of the problem.

Should I ask for replacement car ?

It is driving me nuts.
It is BAD service for such expensive car.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Search for lemon laws in your state, or apply (complain like no tomorrow works well) for bmw buy back.

+2. A lot of what you should do next depends on your states laws. I'd go through BMW first for a buy-back, and if you don't get satisfaction then explore your options through state law.

Gotta love how dealers just blindly throw parts at a car like throwing darts at a board. Eventually, you'll hit the bullseye, I guess.

Good luck with the car. This is why everyone should find a good indy if you plan on keeping a car out of warranty.

lemon law in new jersey is a car not in your possession for 21 calendar days. Here's the link for what to do:
http://www.state.nj.us/lps/ca/ocp/lembroc.pdf

I would send the letter to the dealership ASAP to get the ball rolling...

EDIT: Sorry, its only for the first two years or 24k miles. Just saw your car is a 2011. Next option is BBB.
