Now that it has been fully revealed on the F80 and we've had plenty of videos etc, I'm curious to see what people think or if people's opinions have changed at all? I know there was a lot of backlash and criticism of the color at first (me among them).

After seeing it in the videos, especially this one:

, I don't think it looks as bad as I initially thought and think that paired with silverstone interior and black rims it actually would look pretty sweet. I am on a list for an F82 and am considering this combo.

What do ppl think?

It's not for me but I can see someone wanting an attention getting look liking it. Reminds me of some of the 'jellybean' colors Porsche has offered throughout the years.

every blue that BMW M comes out with makes me cream my pants. Hated it when they started putting Estoril blue on non-M cars like the F30

BMW does do blues very well

I like YM blue more than other light blues i have seen but I personally don't like light colored cars, too attention grabby and not aggressive looking enough.

The color looks awful. It reminds me of the color on one of the craphole Versa/Aveo/Yaris car's that I usually get stuck with, when travelling for work.

Always loved it, especially on the F80. Didn't look right on a regular F30 but that's because the car needs to be aggressive looking to pull it off.

A deep blue like interlagos I like much better.

I generally prefer the more understated colours, so this one isn't for me. I guess it'll tick a lot of boxes for those that want something that stands out and is different though.

I personally think Bmw nailed the hue of blue YMB is going for... It seems to be a trend in colors and other brands have not executed it as well. YMB still keeps a sporty look without becoming cartoonish. It's got my vote!

Yas Marina Blue is amaaaaazing. It won't appeal to people who buy boring-ass silver and white cars....but to those looking for a bit of colour, it definitely hits the spot!
