I think the reliability of the electronics is the main issue, not the drivetrain. I can't imagine the hell of dealing with an interior like that if a software bug were to show up out of nowhere.

I actually think the opposite. Using ethernet as opposed to CANBUS and the like would make it easier to diagnose and fix. This is what Tesla has used since the beginning and their Techs can be trained monkeys because of it.

Why does a car that sleek and suburbo-menacing get a steering wheel inspired by 1980s Volvos?:
So sad.

I saw one of these driving for the first time last weekend and, much to my surprise, I hated it! The proportions are all screwy. The body, up to its hips, looks massive and muscular but the whole thing shrinks on the top. The passenger compartment looks puny. Really disappointing as I think it looks great in 2D.

^koj, I agree. I peeked inside one parked at the grocer. Tiny. The whole vehicle is tiny tbo, which seems to defeat it's purpose. Body is kind of swollen looking, if that makes sense.

Im not messing around. Waiting on a Navigator to arrive for a test drive. Raptor motor, plush and plenty of space. Great reviews. Going for the most comfortable with loads of standard equipment, for under 90k.

Seen a bunch of these being driven from the port to processing plant the last couple weeks. Looks awesome. Especially the dark grey one. And I hate SUVs.
