Only positives, hopefully we can find some good things to say about new X3. We already heard dislikes but let's take a different angle.

Those who went from G01/G02 to G45, especially interested to hear from M40i to M50 changes, but every X3 upgrade owner is welcome to share.

What's better in your new X3 compared to old X3.

I like the (in my eyes) fresh modern design inside and out, the ride comfort, the fuel economy and increase torque. I’ve had 2 G01’s and loved both of them and like like the G45 more.

Had my 2020 G01 for 5 years and liked it. My wife still has the 2024 G01 LCI.

I realy like the new design and standing side by side the G01 looks quite dated but still nice.

The more I get used to iDrive9 the more I like it. Some functions are missing or are replaced by automated preselections which is ok as it seems to be working fine.

The resolution of the displays and the cameras is a big improvement and also the content displayed in the center area is much better than on the G01.

I had the full assistance package Pre LCI and now got the Driving Assistance Pro on the G45. It is a huge step ahead and realy next level also compared to other car manufacturers.

The Augmented navigation is also realy nice and comparable to what's available on Mercedes-Benz MBUX.

What I got used to very fast and what I realy like is the absence of the gear shifter in the center console as it gives a roomier interior and I actually realy like the clean center console now

Display and 360° camera resolution and the HUD are a big improvement.

I am another person that loves mine. Went from a 2021 x3e to this one. Bought just about every package I could.
I do like the Idrive 9, but hoping for some updates to allow for more cards. I just want weather and SirusXM station...
I decided to upgrade once I saw the grill and the car itself in person.

My favorite part so far, plug in an usb-c flash drive, and now you have a dash cam that has limitless record time. I have a 512GB one, and I enabled the dash cam for all 4 cameras, it works perfectly, and it can record around 60 hours total. Only thing is you have to remember turn the manual recording on before you start driving.
