I know girls that love to take me out pay. I know girls who only expect me to pay. So it varies..

You can read a lot from a girl when teh bill comes and what they do. I had some leave the table and go to the "restroom." And I had some stand up and fight with me in front of everyone just to pay the bill.

What he said. A few months back I took this girl out a few times (just hanging out) and I always paid. It kinda bugged me because when she buys things at the theaters and the cashier said, for example, $10, she wouldn't even budge to pay. I understand that if I ask a girl out I should pay but it would be nice for her to at least offer. Or if not then just be like "hey since you paid the last few times, let me pay this time around".

A few days ago I went to lunch with a co-worker and when the bill came, I reached for it and she snatched it up. I said "let me pay" and she told me "you paid the last 2 times already so it's my turn". My goodness I was like "I. Love. YOU!!" haha
So when she put the bill and card back down I took it and she grabbed it back from me. I can't really explain why but I felt great. So yeah, it's different for each girl and for me personally, it would be nice for chicks to offer to pay/or pay sometimes.

My gf and I eat out a lot, almost daily, so on special occasions, I pay, but the everyday stuff we split.
