It's just a pain if you've only met them once.

I purposely don't add or deny them and just say that I never noticed it

With FB, if you don't look at it for a while, the notification isn't really there anymore, at least for me.

I don't like adding co-workers on there. I have a few friends that I work with so I have them on fb. The rest of them I wouldn't add because I don't want to have to watch what I post. I don't want to get tagged for something or post something that might not go well with a co-worker and have it become the talk of the company...
