Sit your roomy down and have a serious talk with him and lay down some ground rules. You see like a really nice guy and he may be taking advantage of that. Be firm and let him know this has got to stop. Don't have to ruin the party but all that mess was unecessary.

wen he has friends over, make sure to join em. SET UP HIDDEN CAMERAS. get some Spanish fly (Illegal in america, but im sure ur local drug dealer has em lol) and put it in their drinks, along with some "HORNY GOAT" capules (break them apart, pour the powder in their drinks). then, make sure u go in ur room, lock the door, and make sure u order urself some pizza, a 2litre pepsi/coke/7up, and enjoy the fucking show. the next morning, make sure to "watch your step" as an orgy will have occured.

The actions of your roomie and his "friends" is deplorable...but we need more information.

Whose name is on the lease? If you are the main lessee, kick his ass out; if he's the lessee, prepare an exit strategy and move on. I expect that housing in the South Bay area of L.A. is expensive but nothing compared to NYC or other metropolitan areas. If you need the physical location because of school or job, that's where to start looking for a new roommate; if you aren't tethered to your physical locale, find a better neighborhood.

And, this is the important part: do a better job of screening your roommates. Unless this guy has suddenly picked up new bad habits you probably knew he was a jerk before you became roommates. You've had your share of problems, it's time to find a roomie who has matured at a rate similar to your own instead of a juvenile jerk. Maybe girls?
