Just took delivery on Saturday. My initial thoughts:

• Glad I went with the 21” rims
• The dead space on the passenger side of the dashboard is minimal due to the size of the display
• The cold start up is sadly noticeablely less aggressive compared to the previous generation
• The plastic door handles are awful
• I have a leather interior yet there are cloth material sections on the doors 🤔
• No aluminum dead pedal is disappointing
• No sill plates or aluminum on the trunk threshold is also disappointing
• The glove box is half the size of the previous generation
• There is no storage compartment on the driver side dash
• I wish there was an option to delete the non-opening moon roof

Overall I happy with the build that I ordered using the German configurator as the US one was not functional when I placed the order.

Are you referring to the fabric that covers the door speakers or something else ?

What tire shine did you use?

I think black is a good choice as the front moustache blends.

I’d defo want to cover those orange lighting bits though. Enjoy !😊

The fabric that covers the speakers. Thank you for clearing that up for me. I did not have the HK speakers in my G01.

I am not sure what tire shine was used as the dealer detialed it prior to delivery. I will ask my sales rep next week what they used.

The ride quality is alot better than expected. I live in NY and the roads are brutal here. You definitely feel more of the bumps on the roads I travel daily. The 22” M rims would not survive these roads.
